Information You Provide
Account information includes your email, account identifier and sign-in details managed by Supabase or Apple. We save your selected appearance, favourites, listening history and notification registration. Service enquiries contain the contact and event details you enter, including company, title and budget for Celebrity enquiries. The merchandise waitlist stores your email. Approved publishers can upload public content, images and audio.
How Information Is Used
We use this information to provide account access, remember your choices and music library, deliver requested new-mix alerts, respond to event enquiries and manage published content. The merchandise waitlist is used for launch updates. You can browse public content without creating an account.
Service Providers And Linked Content
Supabase processes authentication, database records and media storage. Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset emails, processing the recipient email address, message content and delivery information. Expo, Apple and Google Firebase support phone-notification delivery. Booking details are delivered to our business email through Gmail. Embedded videos and links can connect to YouTube and other services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and device information under their own privacy policies. Opening a social, article, product or sponsor link takes you to that provider.
Public And Private Information
Published DJ profiles, stories, videos, mixes, merchandise and sponsor content are public. Account libraries and notification registrations are restricted to the associated account. Booking details and delivery records are restricted to the business and its processing services. Only approved publishers can change public content.
Permissions And Your Choices
Notifications are optional and can be changed in app Settings or iPhone Settings. Approved publishers choose photos and audio files through the system picker; the app does not require access to your whole library. You can change appearance, remove favourites, sign out or request account deletion in Settings. Contact us to leave the merchandise waitlist or discuss information submitted in an enquiry.
Account Deletion And Retention
Settings → Delete Account removes your account, favourites, history, notification registrations and account-owned uploads from the active app systems. Separate guest enquiries, business email and merchandise waitlist entries are not linked to your account ID and are handled separately through support. Business records may be kept while an enquiry, event or related obligation remains active. Backups and provider logs may persist until their normal retention periods expire. Questions And Changes
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact support@amdjs.agency. Do not send passwords or verification codes. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
Terms Acceptance
We record the terms version and acceptance date and the privacy policy version acknowledged on your account. These records support account administration. Accepting terms does not enroll you in marketing or enable notifications.
Android Account Deletion
AMDJS is operated by AMX1 LLC. You can also request account deletion without installing the app: see the account-deletion instructions.
Embedded Video Data
Playing embedded YouTube videos connects to Google. The player may collect device identifiers, viewing interactions, technical diagnostics and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Google may use this information for playback, analytics, personalization, security and advertising under its own privacy policy. AMDJS does not request device-location permission or add a native advertising SDK. You can choose not to open embedded videos.
Firebase installation identifiers support Android notification delivery. Account-linked notification registrations are deleted with your AMDJS account; provider identifiers and logs are subject to provider retention and deletion practices.
