In the app
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete Account and review the confirmation. Deletion cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email support@amdjs.agency with the subject “AMDJS account deletion request.” Send the request from your account email address when possible and identify the account you want deleted. We may verify account ownership before proceeding. Never send a password, verification code or reset link.
What is deleted
Your account, favourites, listening history, notification registrations and account-owned uploads are removed from the active app systems. Separate guest booking enquiries and merchandise waitlist entries are not linked to the account identifier: mention these in your request if you want our team to address them too.
Records that may remain
Business records may be retained while an enquiry, event or related obligation remains active. Backups and service-provider logs may remain until their normal retention periods expire. Contact support for information about your request and any retained records.
