Email support@amdjs.agency for account, playback, content or booking help. Include your app version, phone model, iOS version and a brief description. Never send your password or email-confirmation link.
Account Access
Use the profile icon to sign in. For an email account, choose Sign In, enter your email and tap Forgot Password? Open the reset email on the phone with AMDJS installed. If you use Sign in with Apple, use that sign-in option.
Music And Notifications
Find mixes under a DJ profile. Music shows your favourites and listening history. Minimize or lock the installed app to keep listening; force-quitting stops playback. To receive new-mix alerts, sign in and enable them in Settings and in your phone notification settings.
Enquiries And Content
A service request is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation or granted Celebrity access. Contact the team for booking follow-up. To report unavailable, inappropriate or unauthorized content, include the DJ name, content title and your concern in your email.
Delete Your Account
Open Settings → Delete Account and review the confirmation. Account deletion cannot be undone. For separate guest enquiries or the merchandise waitlist, email the team with the relevant request details.
