Your Account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only an account you are entitled to use. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where permitted by applicable law. Browsing public content does not require an account.
Listening And Content Rights
You may use the app to browse and listen for your personal enjoyment. Music, artwork, videos, names and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform or commercially use that content. Any use beyond permissions provided by the rights holder or applicable law requires separate authorization.
Publishing And Acceptable Use
Only authorized publishers may upload or edit public content. If you publish, you must hold the necessary permissions for the material, including music, images, recordings and likenesses. You retain your rights and permit AMDJs and its service providers to store, display and stream that material as needed to operate the app while it is published. Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, deceptive or sexually exploitative material; impersonate anyone; send spam; or bypass security or access restrictions. We may remove content or restrict access to address violations, security risks or legal obligations. Report concerns to support@amdjs.agency with the content title and details.
Bookings And Lessons
Submitting a club, corporate event, private lesson or Celebrity form sends an enquiry only. It does not confirm availability, reserve a DJ, guarantee Celebrity access or create a paid booking. Prices, deposits, cancellation terms, schedules and other event conditions must be agreed separately in writing with the booking provider before you commit. Submit contact information you are authorized to share.
Merchandise, Sponsors And External Links
Product previews may describe items that are not yet available. A waitlist entry does not purchase or reserve a product. External stores, sponsor sites, social networks and embedded video providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Review the seller’s prices, availability, shipping and refund terms before purchasing. A sponsor listing does not guarantee a product’s suitability or third-party service availability.
Privacy And Optional Messages
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, listening history, favourites, enquiries and service providers. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing messages. Notification permissions and merchandise waitlist choices are separate and optional. Account and security emails support the account you request.
Availability And Your Rights
We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but playback, third-party content and features can be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights to seek remedies available under applicable law.
Leaving The App
You can stop using the app at any time and request account deletion through Settings → Delete Account. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention, including separate booking records and emails. Contact support if you believe an account restriction or content removal was made in error.
Changes And Apple Licensing
We will identify changes with a new version date and provide notice of material changes before requesting renewed acceptance where required. These service terms do not replace Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applicable to the iOS app, or mandatory rights under local law.
